Writing novels is hard work and talent, and we recognize and appreciate that, this project aims to show support for all the authors featured on this site.

Majority of the Kofi funds/Linkvertise/and maybe Ad revenues in the future goes here. The others to buy materials like the novels/manhua/radio drama to translate, software, learning materials (for me to learn Chinese) and other stuff. Also some tips for me 😅

Another way is thru the JJWXC overlord system or the gifting system if it's from another platform.

(Actually, I have an ambitious goal to convert the number of readers recorded on NU to the price of the book and send it as an overlord ticket, but right now, this isn't really feasible since LB funds and my personal funds can't back it up just yet, since I'm just a basic wage earner with bills to pay 😅, but some day maybe.)

1. What is Overlord System?

Do you have a favorite author in Jinjiang? Do you love this author and her works deeply, but you often forget or don’t know what to leave her, and feel guilty every time you see the author’s complaints and being read Overlord’s essays? To this end, we launched the Overlord vote system, vote to bomb her, and the system will automatically generate a message to express your heart, so you don't need to worry about what to say.

2. Overlord System Composition

2.1 Overlord Ticket:

A support and encouragement system for Jinjiang contracted authors and works, realized by voting. Readers vote to support their favorite authors and works, and the system automatically leaves a message to solve the problem of reading Overlord stories. All votes are collectively called Overlord votes, and the income generated through Overlord votes will also become part of the author's income. The Overlord tickets set by the system are divided into five levels, corresponding to different Jinjiang points, and also associated with corresponding Overlord honors.

There are Overlord ticket entrances on all pages, and you can click to enter the Overlord ticket distribution window. The record of the overlord ticket cast will be displayed on the work page accordingly.

==New Way to Support Authors==

With overlord tickets, I'm not sure if JJWXC still has a cut on them or they go 100% to the authors. If you want to give monetary support for selected authors you can also do that on Weibo. All you need is a Weibo account and Alipay or WeChat (with a verified WeChatPay) with a linked bank card. I couldn't document how I created Weibo/WeChat/AliPay accounts, could've served as tutorial, but there are a lot on YT) I remember it has to be done on desktop or desktop view of your mobile browser rather than the apps.

Unfortunately only those established with certain VIP level accounts can have the gifting feature on Weibo.
